If after the discovery call it is determined we can help you, my staff will schedule you for a personal consultation with Cindy Benavides. Personal Injury Consultations are free of charge and no fees are ever paid unless we win. However, all other services have a $100.00 half hour consultation fee to ensure you are serious about taking steps to protect your assets. This fee is applied toward any final fees quoted by Cindy Benavides. In the consultation, Cindy will take her time in reviewing the facts specific to your case, provide clarity on your options, and make a plan of action. This is where she will begin crafting a strategy tailored to your specific needs.
