Sole Proprietorship, General Partnership, Corporations, Professional Corporations, Limited Liability Companies (“LLC”), Subchapter S, Nonprofit Organizations, Professional Limited Liability Companies (PLLC), Series LLCs, Limited Partnership (has a General Partner and Limited Partners) or Limited Liability Partnership (all partners have limited liability).
Prices
We use flat fees for most of our formations, so you don’t overpay for our services! Standard LLC packages start at $850 (includes filing fees) and the following: 1 hour consultation with the Attorney with choice of entity recommendations, Certificate of Formation and filing fees to Texas Secretary of State, Company Agreement, Organization Minutes, EIN, execution at our office with closing letter and copies of your file. Organization Binder is optional for the actual price of the binder and no extra cost for us to organize.
